This equipment pioneers an integrated design of “high-efficiency catalytic purification + high-decibel noise reduction and muffling”, successfully breaking through the technical bottleneck of the single function of traditional equipment. In terms of purification performance, it can achieve a purification efficiency of more than 90% for pollutants such as nitrogen oxides (NOₓ), carbon monoxide (CO), and hydrocarbons (HC) in the exhaust gas of gas internal combustion engines (including generator sets, engineering machinery, marine auxiliary engines, etc.).
In terms of noise reduction performance, through the design of a special acoustic structure, it can reduce the operating noise of the equipment by 25 - 30 decibels, simultaneously meeting the latest international environmental emission and environmental noise control standards. In addition to meeting customers’customized needs, the catalyst has a built-in flame arrester function, which can block possible sparks during the exhaust emission process of internal combustion engines and cut off the supply of combustible substances, thereby preventing the spread of fire through pipelines and ensuring the stable operation of internal combustion engines.
